I have been taking pictures for pleasure for about as long as I can remember. I caught the photography bug from my father when I was just a young girl. It hasn’t been until lately while being home with our youngest child, out of four, that I seriously considered doing it professionally. So here I am.

A self taught photographer who has learned my skill through a combination of wisdom passed down from my father, life lessons and various online / correspondence type courses.

I have a computer technology education from college which has assisted me in easily moving from film to digital media. While I often still love to pull out the old 35mm I mostly shoot digital now. I love the ease of digital but sometimes nothing beats the feeling of shooting with the old faithful.

As a mother and a nature lover I do a combination of portraits and landscapes. I love to focus mostly on Weddings and what I call my Real Life Series, as I have mentioned before, though I will also shoot the more traditional posed pictures as well. My various landscapes are available for sale as well. I can also be commissioned to capture the various places that are special to you.

I believe deeply that every home should be filled with the memories that have gotten us to where we are today. As such I am willing to document any life event you have as well. I also believe that these memories should be affordable.
